APS WARRANTY POLICY

I. Limited Warranty Policy
A return goods authorization (RGA) is required on any items being returned for warranty consideration. A RGA number can be acquired by calling 1800-633-2420. All warranty items must be returned to Anniston, AL for replacement or warranty credit. Merchandise remanufactured by APS is warranted for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase and warranted to be free from defect in materials and workmanship. We will replace, free of charge, any parts we may furnish which, in our opinion, prove to be defective in material or workmanship, provided that the part has been properly installed and operated under normal conditions. The warranty parts will not be replaced if the parts have been damaged. For example, a computer returned with wheels missing, the wheels bent and/ or totalizer missing. This computer is not considered a warranty item. We do not guarantee any merchandise which has not been installed within twelve (12) months of purchase date. All parts for adjustment must be returned to APS for inspection. All freight charges on returned merchandise should be prepaid. All RGA numbers must be visible. Enclose a packing list, listing the reason for the return and details as to the conditions under which the part or parts operated. Under no circumstances will we recognize claims for labor, travel expense or consequential damages. Our liability being limited strictly to the replacement of such parts of our manufacturer that shall have proven, according to our judgment, to be defective.


II. Warranty Replacement Parts
APS must be notified of the warranty part or parts. All needed replacement parts must be supplied to the customer by APS. The replacement part will be warranted for the balance of the original equipment purchase period.


III. Products Out of Warranty
If it is determined that the merchandise is out of warranty, it will be repaired and subject to a replacement parts cost plus the labor cost for the repairs. It will be returned to the customer with freight charges added to invoice. If the customer does not want the item to be repaired and returned, and the item holds a core value, the core will be placed on customers’ core card for future use.

IV. Freight Damages
If any merchandise is received in damaged condition, APS should be notified immediately. We will then determine the best way to handle the damage claim with the freight carrier, as each circumstance is different.

Shipping Information
Truck Shipments
APS utilizes the services of some of the best known direct freight carriers covering the U.S.

All of our orders are tracked by computerized systems, allowing us to maintain complete shipping information, ensuring prompt delivery to our customers. Because we ship large volumes of merchandise through the freight companies, we receive substantial savings which we pass on to our customers.

All pump and dispenser orders are shipped “prepaid and bill”, unless special arrangements are made in advance for freight charges.

Shipping Insurance
All shipments with a declared value of $100.00 or more per box are insured.

Package Shipments
UPS surface is normally used on smaller shipments. We have two warehouses which are located in Anniston, Alabama and Dallas, Texas. The strategic locations of our warehouses enable us to give our customers better service through reduced shipping time and cost.

At customer’s request, we can ship Next Day Air. Next Day Air packages shipped with freight charges over $40.00 will be shipped C.O.D. freight only.

Terms and conditions of sale
1.Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include federal, state or local sales or use tax.

2.Payment Terms: Net thirty (30) days. A 1 ½ % service charge will be added to all invoices after thirty (30) days.

3.Delivery: We are not responsible for any delays in shipment, or for any damage suffered by reason of such delays, which are beyond our control, such as fire, strike, flood or other contingency.

4.Claims: Our responsibility ceases when transportation company accepts goods.

5.Returned Goods: Resalable material of standard manufacture must not be returned without first receiving written permission. Products accepted for return must be in first class condition, resalable as new, with shipping charges prepaid. Minimum handling charge is 20% deducted from price paid by customer, or current price, whichever is lower.

6.Core Credit: Cores must be returned within ninety (90) days from date of original shipment in order to be credited to customer’s account. Cores received after ninety (90) days will be entered into customer’s core bank account, or will be returned to customer, freight collect. Core can be returned to one of the following addresses:

7.Freight: All price for F.O.B. nearest APS stocking warehouse.

8.Minimum sale: Orders for less than $15.00 will be invoiced.
